Doing this helps me calm down before I go out in public, or when I’m worried about something. If you have friends or family, and you feel the need to talk, but are too anxious, learn to do some breathing techniques, and this should help you with your problems.

Whatever technique you use, make sure that you don’t use strong medications or prescriptions that will only make the situation worse. Keep in mind that while medication may temporarily get rid of the problem, it can cause other problems down the road.
